It will equip you with the tools you need to live with greater ease and joy, practical tools that can be easily adapted to any modern lifestyle, no matter how busy.

These techniques will help you lay the foundations for building a strong meditation routine, in a light, manageable and fun way.

I’m a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher and I’m extremely grateful for the solid meditation practice I’ve built. Over the years, mindfulness not only helped change the course of my life for the better, it has also been my anchor ever since. What you need to bring to this challenge:

The strength to commit: When you join this challenge you’re making a commitment to yourself to meditate every day for one week. You’ll be supported by me and by a community of other participants who are inspired to learn and practice meditation.


The desire to practice: Each day includes 3 practices – a dedicated practice (listening to the guided meditation), an integrated practice (to be applied to your daily life), and the answer to a frequently asked question specifically related to the practice at hand. All you need to do is set aside 10 minutes in your day.


I have a busy agenda. How will I finish it?

There will be hundreds of other things that can take up your attention within the busy 24 hours you have each day. In the end you have to decide to commit and show up to it consistently as best as you can.

To help you with time management, you'll have a bonus workshop where I will show you in a simple and efficient way how to find YOUR time to practice.
